• Allowing you to listen to narrated voices associated with POIs without needing to unlock your phone.

Functionality of the background service:

• When accessing the city tour view, your current location is updated every 5 seconds.
• Putting Lens On Ghent in the background starts the location service. This allows us to automatically start the audio guide when the phone is locked in your pocket.
• Opening the Lens On Ghent app again stops the background functionality.

3. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your location data and take necessary measures to safeguard it from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. No Collection of Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information from our users. This means:
